Here are a few pictures of the 426 HEMI V8, as it is installed by the MOPARSHOP. Sharp eyed readers will notice the racing power steering pump and compact racing alternator.
The intake is for the moment still the Ray Barton high-rise aluminium single plane, but it will soon be replaced by a genuine Chrysler NASCAR magnesium "bathtub" manifold. Stay tuned for more to come, as the car is getting ready for its first test session in April!
